Privacy Policy

Pips Agency (“we”) operates the website pipsagency.com. This page explains what data we receive, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data collected

When you sign in with Google, Google sends us only:

• your first and last name as displayed on your Google account;
• your email address;
• the URL of your profile picture;
• a unique technical identifier of your Google account.

We never receive your password and we do not access any other data in your Google account (contacts, calendar, Drive, emails…).

When you visit the site, we also record the following, to measure traffic and how our tools are used:

• your IP address, and the country and city our host derives from it;
• the pages you view, the site you came from and the campaign source (utm_source parameter);
• clicks to download the indicators and clicks to NinjaTrader;
• your type of device, browser and operating system;
• a random identifier stored in your browser (localStorage), used to count unique visitors.

If you use a Pips Agency license for the NinjaTrader indicators, we also record, each time NinjaTrader checks the license:

• the license concerned, linked to the email address of your Google account;
• the technical computer ID provided by NinjaTrader and the NinjaTrader version;
• the Pips Agency indicators used;
• the IP address, the country and the city, and the date of each check.

This data is used only to run the license, to limit the number of computers per key and to prevent keys from being shared or resold: a license, a computer or an IP address can be blocked in case of abuse.

2. Where this data is stored

Your session (name, email, photo and identifier) is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in. Each time you sign in, your name, email address, Google account identifier, and the date, IP address and country of the sign-in are also recorded in our database, together with the audience measurement data described above.

3. Use

The data is used to identify you on the site, personalise your member area, give you access to members-only content, secure access and produce traffic statistics that only the site administrator can see. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

4. Third-party services

• Google Identity Services for sign-in. See Google's privacy policy.
• TradingView for the economic calendar and the news shown in embedded frames. See TradingView's policy.
• A private server (VPS) with a hosting provider holds the site and the database of accounts and site statistics, and may record technical logs (IP address, browser) needed to serve the pages.
• Impact (NinjaTrader's affiliate network): when you click a NinjaTrader link on the site, the server creates a technical click ID (no email) sent to Impact, along with the IP address, country and browser associated with the click. If you open a NinjaTrader account, Impact confirms the conversion tied to that ID — this is what unlocks the pack downloads and activates the license.

5. Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies. A secure technical cookie keeps your Licence area session for 7 days; it is cleared when you log out. A second technical cookie (30 days) links your click on the NinjaTrader partner link to the confirmation of your signup. Google and TradingView may set their own technical cookies as part of their integrated services.

6. Retention and deletion

You can erase your session (name, email, photo and ID) at any time by clicking “Sign out”. You can also revoke Pips Agency's access from your Google account security settings.

Data recorded in our database (accounts and audience measurement) is deleted automatically 13 months after your last visit. License data is kept as long as the license exists. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time (see below).

7. Your rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. For any request, write to us at pro@pipsagency.com.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
